Not only was the quality of the product fantastic, but the customer service was incredible! The post office caused damage to the frosting sheet, and they quickly sent out another one with instructions on how to file a claim with USPS. They are super responsive and just wonderful to work with! We will absolutely be using this company in the future!!
My son’s cake topper came out absolutely amazing! I am so happy with how it looked on the cake. My son loved it! I will be a repeat customer! I can’t recommend Sweet Custom Creations enough! (I forgot to take a picture of the cake before cutting but I’m including it anyway. It was fantastic!)
It arrived broken at one corner, but I still had to cut it to the size I wanted. The colors are vibrant. It was very easy to use and the cake turned out beautifully. I'm no cake decorating expert, but everyone loved it, and my son absolutely loved it too.
